Zusammenfassung
Für die naturheilkundliche Behandlung des Uterus myomatosus gibt es
gegenwärtig keine gesicherten Erkenntnisse. Es liegen nur aus dem Bereich
der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin (TCM) einige wenige Untersuchungen zur
Wirksamkeit der naturheilkundlichen Behandlungen von Myomen vor.
Die Akzeptanz dieser Verfahren ist aufgrund ihrer - im Vergleich zur
chirurgischen Sanierung - sanften Methoden (Kräutertherapie,
Ernährungstherapie, Entspannungstechniken) bei den betroffenen
Patientinnen sehr hoch.
Sofern die Patientin eine solche Behandlung wünscht und eine
nicht-chirurgische Behandlung vertretbar ist, kann ein zeitlich begrenzter
Behandlungsversuch mit den geschilderten Methoden unternommen werden, wobei der
gynäkologische Befund engmaschig zu überwachen ist.
Abstract
There are presently no definite findings for the naturopathic treatment of
the uterus myomatosus. It is only from the field of Traditional Chinese
Medicine (TCM), that a few studies about the effectiveness of naturopathic
treatments of myomas exist.
Due to the gentle methods (herbal therapy, dietotherapy, relaxation
techniques) - compared to a surgical treatment - the
acceptance of these treatments is very high among the patients concerned.
As far as the patient asks for such a treatment and a non-surgical treatment
is justifiable, a treatment, which is limited in time, can be attempted with
the methods described, but the gynecological findings must be monitored
closely.
