Zusammenfassung
Eine 29-jährige Patientin kam in der 33. Schwangerschaftswoche wegen vorzeitiger Wehen
und einer Harnstauungsniere in die Klinik. Auffällig war der Vaginalbefund: Die Portio
war hinter die Symphyse verlagert und bei der vaginalen Untersuchung nicht erreichbar.
Wegen zunehmender Druckerscheinungen wurde in der 36. Woche eine Schnittentbindung
vorgenommen. Dabei fand sich ein steil retroflektierter Uterus, der nach kompletter
Durchtrennung der Vagina an der Hinterwand eröffnet worden war! Nach Herstellung regelrechter
anatomischer Verhältnisse erfolgte die Wundheilung primär. Ein vergleichbarer Fall
war in der neueren Literatur nicht auffindbar.
Abstract
A 29-year-old patient came to the hospital because of preterm labour and ureterectasis
during her 33rd week of gestation. Vaginal finding was very unusual: the cervix was
displaced above the pubis and could not vaginally be reached. Increasing pressure
led to caesarean section at the 36th week of gestation. The uterus was found to be
extremely retroflexed; it had been opened at the back side, after completely cutting
the vagina! Normal anatomy was restored. The postoperative course was uneventful.
A comparable case could not be found in recent literature.
