Zusammenfassung
Bei einer kieferorthopädischen Behandlung ist es nicht immer erwünscht, alle Zähne
zu bewegen. Durch den Einsatz einer gegossenen Basis können zudem Verankerungsprobleme
abgeschwächt werden. Die hier vorgestellte Methode trägt nicht nur zur Vereinfachung
der Lingualbehandlung für den Behandler bei, sondern reduziert auch Unannehmlichkeiten
auf Seiten des Patienten. Der Einsatz einer gegossenen Verankerung hat sich bei den
hier vorgestellten Beispielen als klinisch praktikabel in der Umsetzung und behandlungstechnisch
vorteilhaft erwiesen.
Abstract
The movement of all teeth is not necessarily part of the orthodontic treatment goal.
Using a cast base may furthermore alleviate anchorage problems. The method presented
here simplifies lingual therapy for the orthodontist while reducing patient discomfort.
As shown in the presented examples, the use of a cast anchorage has proved to be practicable
in the clinical setting and to facilitate the therapy.
