Paresen des N. interosseus anterior - Kiloh-Nevin-Syndrom

Zusammenfassung

Es werden klinische und elektrophysiologische Befunde von zwei Patienten mit Läsion des N. interosseus anterior (Kiloh-Nevin-Syndrom) präsentiert. Die Ursachen sind traumatisch bzw. idiopathisch und werden in Zusammenschau mit der Literatur diskutiert.

Abstract

Clinical and electrophysiological findings from two patients with a lesion of the N. interosseous anterior (Kiloh-Nevin syndrome) are presented. The causes have been traumatic in one and idiopathic in the other patient and are discussed with respect to similar cases in the literature.
