Abstract

The solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas (SPT) is an unusual epithelial tumor affecting predominantly adolescent young girls. The first original description by Frantz was in 1959 and in 1996 it was introduced in the World Health Organization (WHO) classification of tumors of the exocrine pancreas. These tumors have been reported as rare lesion with low malignant potential. In our case report of a 12-year old boy we show the feature of endoscopic ultrasound.
