Fallbeschreibung
Ein Patient bemerkte während seines Urlaubs eine Gefühlsstörung der linken Körperhälfte,
Kraftminderung der linken Hand, bekam Sehstörungen und verspürte Schwindel. Ein kraniales
Computertomogramm zeigte eine bithalamische Raumforderung, die zur stationären Aufnahme
führte.
