Akute Pankreatitis nach endoskopischer Duodenalbiopsie

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 64-jährige Patientin, bei der eine Gastroduodenoskopie mit Duodenalbiopsie einer unklaren polypoiden Struktur durchgeführt wurde. Die Patientin entwickelte daraufhin eine akute nekrotisierende Pankreatitis. Im weiteren Verlauf stellte sich heraus, dass es sich bei der biopsierten polypösen Schleimhautveränderung des Duodenums um die Minorpapille gehandelt hatte. Anamnestisch war bei der Patientin ein Pancreas divisum bekannt. Die Patientin wurde nach 27 Tagen konservativer Therapie inklusive perkutaner Nekrosedränagen nach Hause entlassen.

Abstract

We report on a 64-year-old female patient who underwent upper endoscopy with duodenal biopsy of nonspecified polypoid lesion. Subsequently, the patient developed acute necrotizing pancreatitis. The biopsied polypoid duodenal lesion proved to be the minor papilla. Her past history comprised pancreas divisum. The patient was discharged after 27 days of conservative therapy including percutaneous drainages of necrosis.
