Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall einer 65-jährigen Patientin mit einem invasivem Chondrosarkom der Brustwirbelsäule als seltene Ursache einer akuten Querschnittssymptomatik beschrieben.

Abstract

We report on the case of a invasive chondrosarcoma of the thoracic spine in a 65-year-old woman as a rare cause of acute paraplegia.
