Intramammäres Rezidiv eines invasiven juvenilen sekretorischen Mammakarzinoms bei einer 17-jährigen Patientin

Zusammenfassung

Eine 17-jährige Patientin stellt sich auf Zuweisung ihres neuen Frauenarztes in unserer senologischen Sprechstunde vor. Knapp 4 Jahre nach Exzision eines kleinen palpablen Mammatumors rechtsseitig mit vermeintlich benigner Histologie tastet man im Bereich der alten Exzisionsnarbe erneut einen 1 cm großen Mammatumor.

Nach Sicherung des Befundes durch sonographisch gesteuerte Stanzbiopsie mit dem Ergebnis eines juvenilen sekretorischen Mammakarzinoms wird die Patientin letztendlich durch eine Mastektomie saniert.

Abstract

A 17-year-old girl was referred to our clinic. Four years previously an excision of a small breast tumor with a benign histology was carried out on the right side. Directly underneath this old excision scar a 1 cm tumor was now palpable. Sonography-directed biopsy of this tumor showed a juvenile secretory carcinoma. The girl was treated by a mastectomy.
