Zusammenfassung
Die Dokumentationen des Therapieverlaufes unter homöopathischer Medikation besitzen
schon seit jeher großen Stellenwert, wie es auch in der Literatur immer wieder diskutiert
wird. Im Hinblick auf das Arzneimittelgesetz 1976/78 sowie auf das fraglos bestehende
Forschungsdefizit ist eine Intensivierung der homöopathischen Einzelfallanalyse eine
vordringliche Forschungsaufgabe. U m auch und gerade auf der Stufe der Perso-notropie
wichtige Fragestellungen klären zu können, werden zwei unterschiedliche Studienansätze
- Krankheitsbild und Arzneimittelbild - vorgestellt und deren Praktikabilität diskutiert.
Summary
The documentations of the course of therapy under homoeopathic medication have always
played a decisive role and have repeatedly been discussed in literature, too. In regard
to both the drug law of 1976/78 and the undoubtedly existing lack of research, an
intensification of homoeopathic case analyses of indivi-duals is a major object of
research. In order to be able to settle significant questions at the level of personotropy,
two different approaches of study - clinical picture and pharmacography - are introduced
and the practicability of these methods are being discussed.
