Der Versuch einer größeren klinischen Studie über Natrum fluoratum bei pcP scheiterte mangels zahlreicher Beteiligung und auch positiver Resultate. Immerhin gibt es Hinweise auf die Beziehung von Nat-f. zu Schmerzen und Schwellungen des rheumatischen Formenkreises. Bericht eines Einzelfalls von therapeutischer Intoxikation mit Nat-f. und Verdacht auf Oligoarthritis des Mittelfußes. Die unfreiwillige Arzneiprüfung deckt sich mit toxikologischen Schäden. Die Hochpotenz Nat-f. führte in diesem Fall zu sehr schneller Behebung der langdauernden Beschwerden und heilte auch schnell die entzündlichen Veränderungen und Schmerzen.

A trial of clinical homoeopathic study on the new remedy Natrum fluoratum, introduced by W. Gutman 1957, in patients with rheumatoid arthritis missed because of insufficient participation, cases and positive results.
