Zusammenfassung
Der Verfasser möchte zeigen, in welchem Maße es bei der Arzneimittelwahl auf die Ausdrucksweise
des Patienten ankommt. Ein Patientensymptom, das bis in den Wortlaut hinein weitgehend
mit einem Prüfungssymptom übereinstimmt, wird zum Leitsymptom zu dem betreffenden
Mittel, gleichgültig, ob es ein Allgemeinsymptom oder ein Lokalsymptom ist. Bezüglich
der Begriffe »Leitsymptom« und »Lokalsymptom« werden Irrtümer aufgezeigt, die
in beiden kontroversen Schulen der Homöopathie, der naturwissenschaftlich-kritischen
und der Kentianistischen, entstanden sind.
Summary
The author intends to demonstrate the significance of the exact wording of the Symptoms
as they are uttered by the patient. If the wording corresponds closely to the expressions
of the prover the Symptom is likely to be a keynote directing the attention of the
prescriber to the remedy irrespective of it being local or general. Regarding the
con-cepts of keynotes, local Symptoms and general Symptoms some misunderstandings
are pointed out.
