Pneumologie - Aktuelle Entwicklungen

Einleitung

Im Folgenden werden aktuelle Originalarbeiten aus den wesentlichen Teilgebieten/Erkrankungen der Pneumologie dargestellt, die aus Sicht des Verfassers unmittelbar oder zumindest mittelbar zu klinischen Fortschritten führen können. Leitlinien sind bewusst nicht aufgeführt, da die neuen Leitlinien aus dem Bereich der Pneumologie (Asthma bronchiale, ambulant erworbene tiefe Atemwegsinfektionen und ambulant erworbene Pneumonie) so umfangreich sind, dass sie den Rahmen dieses Beitrags sprengen würden. Pädiatrische Aspekte bleiben unberücksichtigt, da sich der Verfasser hier nicht kompetent fühlt.
