Zusammenfassung
Um die Komplikations- und Fehlversuchsrate bei der Applikation zentralvenöser Zugänge
zu senken, wurde eine Technik zur ultraschallkontrollierten Punktion der V. jugularis
interna standardisiert. Der Punktionsvorgang wird, einschließlich der Applikation
der Lokalanästhesie, kontinuierlich Real-Time-sonogra-phisch beobachtet und gesteuert.
Darstellung, Kontrolle und Durchführung der Punktion werden beschrieben und diskutiert.
Abstract
To reduce the rate of complications and failures in central venous catheterisation
a technique for ultrasonically controlled puncture of the internal jugular vein was
standardised. The puncture procedure, including the application of local anaesthesia,
is continously ob-served and guided by real-time ultrasound. Imaging, con-trol and
practising of the puncture are described and discussed.
