Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über einen Fall einer pränatal mittels Ultraschall diagnostizierten
fötalen Obstruktion des oberen Gastrointestinaltraktes (Jejunalatresie). Es wird auf
die typischen Befunde bei der Ultraschalluntersuchung hingewie sen und auf die Bedeutung
des diese eher seltene Mißbildung regelmäßig begleitenden Hydramnion kurz eingegangen.
Die pränatale Diagnose einer Gastrointestinalobstruktion erlaubt eine optimale postpartale
Versorgung des Neugeborenen mit einer entsprechenden Verbesserung der Prognose.
Abstract
Case report of prenatal Sonographie diagnosis of obstruction of the upper gastrointestinal
tract (atresia of jejunum). The typical echographic findings and the significance
of the hydramnion which is regularly concomitant with this rather rare condition,
are discussed. Prenatal diagnosis of a smallbowel tract atresia allows optimal neonatal
management improving the prognosis.
