Zusammenfassung
Es wird über einen Fall von spontan entstandenem Liquorunterdrucksyndrom berichtet.
Im Verlauf der Symptomentwicklung über Wochen bildete sich ein subdurales Hämatom
heraus. Die Beobachtung wird 5 gleichartigen Fällen der Literatur an die Seite gestellt.
Damit wird auf die Möglichkeit ernsthafter Konsequenzen beim Liquorunterdrucksyndrom
aufmerksam gemacht.
Summary
A 45 year old female patient developed four weeks after a “flu” a low spinal fluid
pressure syndrome. A very small liquid deposit over the frontal lobes was found by
CT-scanning. Within four more weeks the symptoms initially improved. The condition,
however, again deteriorated showing impaired consciousness and left-sided pyramidal
tract involvement. CT-scan now revealed a space-occupying isodense subdural haematoma
in the left frontoparietal region which the patient was opereated upon. The patient
is compared to five similar observations reported so far.
