Zusammenfassung
Am Beispiel der motorischen Bahnen für die Fazialismuskulatur werden die typischen
Befundmuster verschieden lokalisierter Schädigungen dargestellt.
Unter Berücksichtigung elektrophysiologischer Zusatzuntersuchungen (Blinzelreflexe,
frühe akustisch evozierte Potentiale) ergeben sich gute lokalisationsdiagnostische
Aussagen vor allem für Prozesse in der Brücke.
Summary
Some characteristic signs with lesions at different levels of the central motor tracts
to the facial muscles are reviewed. Regarding electrophysiological reflex and evoked
potential studies the findings give fairly good evidence of the exact location of
even small lesions, particularly of the pontine region. So several types of lesions
that are juxtanuclear to the facial nucleus can be identified.
