Quadricuspid Aortic Valve with Significant Insufficiency

Summary
The case presented is a 44-year-old man with the unusual finding of an incompetent quadricuspid aortic valve, in functional class III (NYHA). Aortic valve replacement was performed successfully. On the basis of our findings, the literature on this subject is briefly reviewed.
