Summary

A dissecting aneurysm of the ascending aorta was replaced by a valved conduit. As both coronary ostia could not be used for implantation into the conduit and the patient had undergone vein Stripping on both legs, 2 Goretex-grafts (5 mm) were used for reconstruction of the right and left main stem coronary arteries.
