Significance

A commercially available, inexpensive, mechanically robust, nanoporous magnesium aluminometasilicate, Neusilin US2, was used for tablets where a variety of organic and inorganic reagents and catalysts were loaded. Thus, various liquid and solid organic or inorganic substances were loaded, and also different solid reagents in solution were installed to the tablets. The scope of the dosing methodology was shown through the evaluation of 14 diverse organic reactions including Mitsunobu, Suzuki-Miyaura, and bromination reactions.
