Abstract
Studies about the time of first manifestation of atopic dermatitis in children with
atopic family history. Children with atopic family history were followed prospectively
during their first year of life and the time of the first manifestation of an atopic
dermatitis was noted. 241 children were observed during their first six months, 197
out of these during the whole first year of life. The weekly rate of first manifestation
of atopic dermatitis was nearly the same during the whole first year.
Zusammenfassung
Kinder mit atopischer Familienanamnese wurden im ersten Lebensjahr prospektiv beobachtet
hinsichtlich des Zeitpunktes der Erstmanifestation einer Atopischen Dermatitis. 241
Kinder wurden im ersten Lebenshalbjahr beobachtet, 197 davon bis zum Ende des ersten
Jahres. - Die wöchentliche Rate an Neuerkrankungen war während des gesamten ersten
Lebensjahres in etwa gleich.
