Abstract
We report a rare case of complex hamartoma of the liver in a 19 months old girl. We
valuate the diagnostic approach using sonographic and radiological methods with special
regards to the differential diagnosis of cystic alterations in liver disease.

Es wird über den seltenen Befund eines komplexen Leber-hamartoms bei einem 19 Monate
alten Mädchen berichtet. Im besonderen wird dabei die diagnostische Aussagekraft sonographisch-radiologischer
Methoden unter Berücksichtigung der Differentialdiagnose zystischer Veränderungen
im Leberbereich diskutiert.
