Zusammenfassung
Es wird über den ultrasonographischen Nachweis eines Hämatokolpos bei einem 13jährigen
Mädchen berichtet. Der Ultraschall gestattet eine sofortige und sichere Diagnose des
Tastbefundes und erlaubt bereits vor der Operation eine exakte Beurteilung der Ausdehnung
des Prozesses.
Abstract
A case of a haematocolpos in a 13 year old girl confirmed by ultrasonography is reported.
Ultrasonography permits a rapid and sure diagnosis of the tumour, and it is possible
to determine the exact extent of the process even before surgical intervention.
