Pseudoplasmozytom der Cervix uteri

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über einen Fall einer 21jährigen Frau mit einem Pseudoplasmozytom der Cervix uteri. Im Bereich einer glandulären Ektopie der Zervixmukosa mit sekundärer Erosion war es zu einer tumorartigen Proliferation von Plasmazellen gekommen, die sich kontinuierlich bis in das Myometrium erstreckte. Die morphologischen Veränderungen waren differentialdiagnostisch nur schwer von einem extramedullären Plasmozytom abzugrenzen. Unter Berücksichtigung aller histologischen und klinischen Untersuchungsergebnisse sowie des Krankheitsverlaufes wurde die Läsion als eine ausgeprägte tumorartige reaktive Plasmozytose der Cervix uteri interpretiert.

Abstract

Report on a case of a 21 year old woman with a pseudoplasmocytoma of the cervix of the uterus. A tumour-like proliferation of plasma cells had developed in the area of a glandular ectopia of the cervix mucosa with a secondary erosion, which stretched continuously into the myometrium. The morphological changes were difficult to differentiate diagnostically from an extramedullary plasmocytoma.

After taking into account all histological and clinical data as well as the progression of the disease, the lesion was interpreted to be a well defined tumour-like reactive plasmocytosis of the cervix of the uterus.
