Abstract
After checking 63 patients with the diagnosis 'idiopathic necrosis of the femoral
head', we showed the influence of alcoholism at the idiopathic necrosis of the femoral
head, especially considering the rheological changings by alcoholism under the usually
terminology of "coronary disease of the hip".
Zusammenfassung
Es werden anhand des eigenen Krankengutes von 63 Fällen die Einflüsse toxisch-nutritiver
Stoffwechselerkrankungen auf die Entstehung einer idiopathischen Hüftkopfnekrose untersucht,
wobei insbesondere unter dem Stichwort ,Coronary disease of the hip' toxisch-nutritiv
bedingte Veränderungen der Rheologie Berücksichtigung finden.
