Zusammenfassung
Die 100 ersten Fälle von Implantationen der winkelgestützten Vorderkammerlinse Omnifit
II nach i.e. Kataraktextraktion wurden nachuntersucht. 90% der Fälle zeigten einen
Visus von 0,5 und mehr. Bei den 10 Fällen mit Visusreduktion waren 5 operationsbedingt:
in 4 Fällen bestand ein zystoides Makulaödem und in einem eine Amotio retinae. Die
leichten, den Visus nicht beeinträchtigenden Komplikationen bestanden in Einklemmung
peripherer Iris durch die Linsenfüße mit oder ohne Pupillenentrundung und in Pupillarblockmechanismen.
Diese führten in einem Fall zu Glaukom. Das UHG-Syndrom und Hornhautdystrophie wurden
nicht beobachtet.
Summary
The first 100 cases in which the angle-supported anterior chamber lens omnifit II
was implanted after intracapsular cataract extraction were analyzed. Ninety percent
of the cases were found to have vision of 0.5 and more. In 5 of the 10 cases with
reduced vision the operation was responsible for the visual deficiency. The reason
was a cystoid macular edema in 4 cases and a retinal detachment in 1. Slight complications,
which did not involve vision, were iris trapping with or without deformation of the
pupil and pupillary block. One case developed glaucoma. No cases of UHG syndrome or
corneal dystrophy were observed.
