Zusammenfassung
Bei 20 normalen Augen wurde mit Hilfe der Programme 33 und 34 des automatisierten
Perimeters Octopus 2000 das Gesichtsfeld innerhalb von 30° untersucht: Der blinde
Fleck wurde vereinzelt nicht wahrgenommen (2mal), häufig als relatives Skotom erfaßt
(21 mal), seltener als schmales absolutes Skotom (7mal) oder als ein absolutes und
relatives Skotom (lOmal). Dieses Ergebnis gilt analog auch für Skotome, die von gleicher
Größe anderswo im Bereich des untersuchten Feldes gelagert sind.
Summary
Using programs 33 and 34 of the Octopus 2000 automated perimeter the field within
30° was examined in 20 normal eyes: The blind spot was rarely missed (2×), quite often
interpreted as a relative scotoma (21×), less frequently as a small absolute scotoma
(7×) or as an absolute plus relative scotoma (10×). These findings are also valid
for all scotomas of equal or of smaller size located elsewhere within the examined
field.
