Zur Kinetik von Diclofenac-NA in Plasma und Synovialflüssigkeit

Abstract

12 patients of the Orthopaedic Hospital of Augsburg (BRD) were treated with a single 75 mg intramuscular dose of Voltaren. From each patient synovial fluid was taken at one determined time after administration of Voltaren and in addition three blood samples were collected (before, at and after collection of synovial fluid). The unchanged Diclofenac-Na in plasma and synovial fluid was determined by gas liquid chromatography.

The mean concentrations of Diclofenac-Na at

2 h 4 h 6 h and

synovial fluid 197 205 130 and

plasma 293 189 79 and

7 h were in

205 ng/ml and in

52 ng/ml, respectively.

Zusammenfassung

Zwölf Patienten der I. Klinik der orthopädischen Heilanstalt Augsburg wurden mit einer Einzeldosis von 75 mg Voltaren intramuskulär behandelt und aufgrund von drei Blutentnahmen und einer Kniegelenkspunktion pro Patient die Kinetik von Voltaren in Plasma und Synovialflüssigkeit miteinander verglichen.
Die mittlere Diclofenac-Na-Konzentration in der Gelenkflüssigkeit ist 2 Stunden nach der Applikation der Dosis kleiner, aber 4, 6 und 7 (nur 1 Patient) Stunden danach größer als im Plasma.
