A case of primary multiple germinomas occurring in the corpus callosum and thalamus
with excellent outcome following biopsy and irradiation is reported. The pathogenesis
of intracranial germinoma is briefly discussed.
Im folgenden wird über einen Fall von primären multiplen Germinomen im Balken und
Thalamus berichtet, der nach erfolgter Biopsie und Bestrahlung einen außerordentlich
günstigen Verlauf nahm. Die Pathogenese des intrakraniellen Germinoms wird kurz diskutiert.
