Zusammenfassung

Bei 25 von 77 Fällen wurde eine vermehrte Akkumulation im Mammakarzinom auf dem Knochenszintigramm gefunden. Analyse von 77 präoperativen Knochenszintigrammen und 520 Kontrollfällen wiesen darauf hin, daß diese abnorme Akkumulation vom 99mTc-Phosphat-Komplex im Mammakarzinom mit Mikrokalzifikationen und Hypervaskularisation auf dem Mammogramm keinen Zusammenhang haben, aber die Tumorgröße ein Faktor sein können.

Summary

Analysis of 77 preoperative bone scintigrams and 520 controls showed that this abnormal accumulation of 99mTc phosphate complex in carcinoma of the breast is not connected with microcalcifications and hypervascularisation as seen in the mammogram, whereas there can be a connection with the size of the tumour.
