Zusammenfassung
Anhand von 5 Patienten mit Mißbildungen oder Verschluß der Vena cava superior oder
Vena cava inferior werden die diagnostischen Möglichkeiten der Computertomographie
im Nachweis venöser Kollateralkreisläufe gezeigt. Hierbei kommt der Kollateralisation
durch die Vena lumbalis ascendens und Vena azygos besondere Bedeutung zu.
Summary
The value of computer tomography in the demonstration of venous collaterals in cases
with occlusion or malformation of the superior and inferior vena cava has been demonstrated
in five patients. The ascending lumbar veins and the vena azygos are of special significance
in the formation of collaterals.
