Zusammenfassung
Bei einer 67jährigen Patientin besteht auf dem rechten Auge eine Protrusio bulbi unklarer
Genese. Mit Hilfe der Computertomographie wurde ein wahrscheinlich benigner raumfordernder
Prozeß vom Orbitateil des Keilbeinflügels ausgehend und dann auf das Orbitaldach des
Os frontale übergreifend diagnostiziert (Osteom).
Summary
A 67-year-old woman patient presented with protrusion of the right globe of unknown
origin. Computer tomography revealed a probably benign space-occupying lesion (osteoma)
originating in the orbital wing portion of the sphenoidal bone and extending to the
orbital roof of the frontal bone.
