Zusammenfassung
Es wird über 2 Fälle von Athalamie infolge postoperativer äußerer Bindehautfisteln
nach Glaukomoperationen berichtet, die nach erfolglosen konservativen und chirurgischen
Maßnahmen prompt mittels hochkonzentriertem Fibrinogen behoben werden konnten. Die
Filterkissenfunktion wurde nicht beeinträchtigt. Prinzip und Technik der Fibrinklebung
werden vorgestellt.
Summary
The author reports on two patients who developed athalamia postoperatively due to
external fistulas in the filtering bleb. After initial failure of both conservative
and surgical treatment the fistulas were successfully sealed with highly concentrated
fibrinogen in combination with thrombin and clotting factor XIII. There was no impairment
of the filtering bleb. Principles and techniques of tissue adhesion are described.
