Zusammenfassung

Das häufigste retroperitoneal gelegene Weichteilsarkom ist das Liposarkom. Anhand eines Falles werden Tumorpathologie, Diagnose und Therapie erörtert. Die radikale Tumorresektion ist soweit möglich anzustreben. Radiatio und Chemotherapie haben lediglich palliativen Charakter.

Abstract

Liposarcoma is the soft-tissue sarcoma most frequently found in retroperitoneal space. A case is presented and pathology, diagnosis and therapy are discussed. Radical tumor resection should be done if possible. Radiation and chemotherapy may be beneficial for palliation.
