Zusammenfassung
Während 15 Jahren (1966-1982) wurden in unserer Klinik 1094 Patienten mit Blasensteinen
operativ behandelt. Ein Drittel der Fälle (n = 374) erhielt eine instrumentelle Behandlung,
hiervon wurden 361 Patienten durch die sog. Berührungs-Litholapaxie nach vorangegangener
Zystoskopie behandelt. In zwei Drittel der Fälle (n = 720) wurde die Sectio alta mit
Steinentfernung durchgeführt, entweder als alleinige Steinentfernung oder aber in
Kombination mit Behandlung anderer Pathologika. Aufgrund unserer Ergebnisse und Komplikationen
halten wir die Berührungs-Litholapaxie für eine effiziente Methode, die man auch im
Zeitalter der modernen Steintherapie nicht außer acht lassen sollte.
Abstract
During a 15 years period (1966-1982), a total of 1094 patients with vesical calculi
were managed in our center. One third of the cases (374) were treated by instrumental
means. Of those tactile litholapaxy was employed in 361 cases. Suprapubic cystolithotomy
(n = 720) was applied whenever litholapaxy was contraindicated. According to our results
and complications, tactile litholapaxy is still a very efficient treatment for vesical
calculi and should not be abandoned, if combined cystoscopy is performed.
