Die Bindegewebs-Tastdiagnostik als Technik zur Kontrolle der physiotherapeutischen Arbeit an einem algodystrophen Fuß

Summary

During physiotherapy, the turgor of the vertebral subcutaneous connective tissue is used as a diagnostic criterion to assess adequacy, dosage and the correct direction of therapeutic exercise and stimulation. The patient's example demonstrates the importance of the correct point of influence for physiotherapy: site, type and dosage of stimulation. First of all, physiotherapeutic stimulation was concentrated on proximal tissue in the pelvic region. In the course of treatment, the ankle joints affected could be involved and mobilized. The course is documented until full working capacity was regained.

Zusammenfassung

Die Bindegewebs-Tastdiagnostik wird anhand einer klinischen Falldokumentation eines algodystrophen Fußes vorgestellt. Der Spannungszustand des paravertebralen subkutanen Bindegewebes wird während einer physiotherapeutischen Behandlung als diagnostisches Kriterium zur Beurteilung der Adäquanz, der Dosierung und der korrekten Richtung der therapeutischen Belastungen bzw. Reize verwendet. Das Patientenbeispiel zeigt die Bedeutung des richtigen physiotherapeutischen Behandlungsansatzes: Reizort, Reizart, Reizdosierung. Primär konzentrierte sich die physiotherapeutische Reizsetzung auf rumpfnahe Gewebe im Beckenbereich. Erst im späteren Verlauf konnten die eingeschränkten Fußgelenke mobilisierend mit einbezogen werden. Der Verlauf ist bis zur Wiederaufnahme der vollen Arbeitsfähigkeit dokumentiert.
