Bei 34 Knaben wurde nach Orchido- und Funikulyse eine nahtlose Orchidopexie mit Fibrinkleber
vorgenommen. Kontrollen nach 2-4 Wochen ergaben in allen Fällen eutope Hoden. Es wird
die Bedeutung vor allem der Funikulyse als Voraussetzung jedes Pexieverfahrens diskutiert.
34 boys were operated upon the authors for undescended testicle. Technic for the fixation
with human fibrinogen and method for the mobilisation of the vas and spermatic cord
is described. Results were anatomically satisfactory in all of cases. Emphasis is
placed on adequate dissection and mobilisation of the cord.
