Zusammenfassung
Bei 29 Patienten mit malignen Keimzelltumoren des Hodens werden neben den Tumormarkern
β-HCG und AFP die Sexualhormone LH, FSH, Prolaktin, Testosteron und Östradiol initial
und im Verlauf bestimmt. Die Korrelationen der einzelnen Hormone mit dem β-HCG-Spiegel
werden besonders untersucht. Es finden sich statistisch signifikante Unterschiede
für LH, FSH und Östradiol zwischen β-HCG-positiven und β-HCG-negativen Tumoren. Der
Verlauf der Hormonwerte während der Therapie wird dargestellt. Als Ergebnis wird neben
den üblichen Tumormarkern die Bestimmung von LH, FSH, Testosteron und Östradiol initial
und im Verlauf empfohlen.
Abstract
Beside the tumour markers β-HCG and AFP the sexual hormones LH, FSH, Testosterone,
estradiole and prolactin have been evaluated in 29 patients with malignant germ cell
tumours of the testis initially and along the course of the disease. Particularly
the correlations of the various hormones with the β-HCG levels have been determined.
Concerning LH, FSH and estradiole statistically significant differencies exist in
β-HCG-positive and β-HCG-negative tumours. In conclusion, beside the commonly used
tumour markers, the evaluation of LH, FSG, testosterone and estradiole is recommended.
