Zusammenfassung
Die perkutane Nephrostomie ist, vor allen Dingen bei Notfallpatienten, eine problemlos
durchzuführende Alternative zur offenen Nephrostomie. Mit der sonographischen Kontrolle
wird eine hohe Sicherheit der Methode erreicht. Durch die Anwendung der Seldinger-Technik
unter Verwendung eines Angiographie-Drahtes ist der Nephrostomiekanal auf jedes gewünschte
Kaliber aufzubougieren. Neben der detaillierten Darstellung der Methode werden häufig
gemachte Fehler aufgezeigt.
Abstract
Percutaneous nephrostomy is a recommendable alternative to open nephrostomy especially
in emergency cases. By sonographic guidance puncture of the renal pelvis is highly
successful. After insertion of a J-guide wire into the renal pelvis the nephrostomy
channel can be dilated to any diameter. Detailed explanations of the technique and
ways to overcome technical problems are given.
