Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine mikroneurovaskülare Replantation eines doppelt amputierten Penis berichtet, wobei erstmals aus dem Handrücken gewonnene venöse Implantate zur Gefäßrekonstruktion verwendet wurden. Der Schwerpunkt der Nachbehandlung liegt in Hämodilution mit niedermolekularer Dextraninfusion, Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung und regelmäßiger Ultraschalldoppler-Kontrolle.

Abstract

The microneurovascular replantation of a double amputated penis is described. Vascular anastomosis was achieved by venous interponats, transplanted from the hands. Cornerstone of the postoperative care is hemodilution by low molecular weight dextran infusions, prevention of thrombozyte aggregation and routine vascular flow-control by ultra-sound (Doppler).
