Abstract
The authors discuss two cases in which following abdominal operations in consequence
of septic shock, infection and hypoxia, necrosis of the gastric wall developed requiring
further operations, subtotal resection of the stomach included. Attention is paid
to the factors responsible for full recovery.
Zusammenfassung
Die Autoren besprechen 2 Fälle, bei denen sich nach Bauchoperationen als Folge von
septischem Schock, Infektion und Hypoxie eine Nekrose der Magenwand entwickelte. Beide
Male war eine subtotale Resektion des Magens notwendig. Es wird besonders auf die
Faktoren hingewiesen, die zur vollen Wiederherstellung beachtet werden müssen.
