Zusammenfassung:
Das Hämangiom ist ein benigner, mesenchymaler Tumor, der in allen Organen vorkommen
kann. Das Nebennierenhämangiom stellt eine Rarität dar und wird meist als Zufallsbefund
entdeckt. Trotz der benignen Erkrankung steht die chirurgische Therapie im Vordergrund.
Anhand einer Kasuistik wird die Diagnostik und die Therapie eines Nebennierenhämangioms
beschrieben und mit der aktuellen Literatur diskutiert.
Abstract
The hemangioma is a benigne mesenchymal tumor which can occur in all organs. The adrenal
hemangioma represents a rarity, therefore it is often found coincidentally. Although
it is a benigne disease the surgical treatment has priority. This article is aimed
to report on a case of adrenal hemangioma, describes diagnostic procedures and treatment
and followed by a discussion with the literature.
