Morphologische Grundlagen für die Funktionsdiagnostik des Bewegungsapparates

Zusammenfassung

Körperliche (insbesondere sportliche) Beanspruchungen unterschiedlicher Dauer und Intensität einerseits sowie der umsichgreifende Bewegungsmangel andererseits und die damit verbundenen Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Adaptabilität des Bewegungsapparates haben in den zurückliegenden Jahren die Funktionsdiagnostik zur Erfassung und Bewertung der Leistungs- und Belastungsfähigkeit stimuliert. Nach Kennzeichnung einiger typischer funktioneller und struktureller Anpassungen des Bewegungsapparates an äußere Reize werden Möglichkeiten ihrer meßbaren Erfassung am Beispiel der motorischen Beanspruchungsformen „Kraft”, „Koordination” und „Flexibilität” dargestellt und kritisch gewertet.

Summary

Physical (particularly by sport) demands of different duration and intensity on the one hand as well as the spreading motionlessness on the other hand and the possibilitis and boundaries of the adaptability of the apparatus of locomotion connected with this have in recent years stimulated the functional diagnostics for the statement and evaluation of the functional capacity and the resistance to stress. After characterization of several typical functional and structural adaptations of the apparatus of locomotion to external stimuli, possibilities of their measurable statement are described and critically valuated at the instance of the motor forms of demand “power”, “coordination” and “flexibility”.
