Summary

In the lumboischialgia syndrome the exact clinico-neurological diagnostics can be valuably supported by the dimerous X-niyelography with regard to the indication for an operation and with reference to the segment differentiation. The examination method is poor in risk and shows a high significance. iVmong our patients an exactness of impact of 86% was to be found. Due to anatomical variations and extremely laterally situated dislocations of the disk remain, however, findings which need an operation, but may withdraw from the radiological proof. In this ease the clinical symptomatology decides on the further diagnostic approach.
