Abstract

We report a case of spontaneous perforation of the common bile duct (CBD) in a 4-week-old infant, and make a novel suggestion that may be of relevance to the underlying pathophysiology of this disorder

Zusammenfassung

Ein Fall einer spontanen Perforation des Ductus choledochus wird vorgestellt und die zugrundeliegende Pathophysiologie und Therapie bei dem 4 Wochen alten Kind erörtert.
