Abstract
A 6-months-old infant is described with a jejunal diverticulum containing ectopic gastric mucosa which had produced a closed perforation into the descending colon. Following resection of the jejunum and the descending colon, convalescence was uneventful. Eck
Zusammenfassung
Bei einem 6 Monate alten Säugling bestand ein Jejunaldivertikel mit Magenschleimhautektopie und ein im Durchmesser 1 cm großes Ulcus pepticum mit gedeckter Perforation in das Colon descendens. Nach Resektionen aus dem Jejunum und dem Colon descendens erfolgte komplikationslose Heilung.
