Operative Korrektur der Ösophagusatresie mittels Zipfelplastik

Abstract

Report of an operative procedure, used since 1974, where oesophagusatresie is anastomosed, using a triangular flap-plastic. 18 of the 25 children operated in this way survived (72%). In three cases, post-operative leakage of the anastomosis occurred (12%), and one child died of this (4%). None of the patients showed a post-operative stenosis at the site of anastomosis, which required bouginage. In contrast, the 48 patients operated on from 1952-1964 had 20.8 % strictures requiring bouginage. L.-T.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein seit 1974 geübtes Anastomosierungsverfahren bei Ösophagusatresien mit Hilfe einer Zipfelplastik berichtet. Von 25 auf diese Weise operierten Kindern überlebten 18 (72%). 3mal traten postoperativ Anastomosenlecks auf (12%), wovon bei einem Kind die Insuffizienz zum Tode führte (4 %). Bei keinem der operierten Patienten trat postoperativ eine bougierungsbedürftige Anastomosenstenose auf. Im Vergleich dazu betrug die Häufigkeit bougierungsbedürftiger Strikturen bei 48 in den Jahren 1952 bis 1964 operierten Patienten 20,8%.
