Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 45jährigen Mann fand sich in einer nicht zirrhotisch veränderten Leber bei Fehlen von Hinweisen auf eine durchgemachte Hepatitis B und normalem α-Fetoprotein-Spiegel im Serum ein hepatozelluläres Karzinom. Demgegenüber wies ein 57jähriger Patient eher »typische« Befunde eines hepatozellulären Karzinoms in einer kleinknotig zirrhotischen Leber bei Virushepatitis B und stark erhöhtem α-Fetoprotein auf.

Abstract

A hepatocellular carcinoma was found in the cirrhotic liver of a 45-year-old man in the absence of previous hepatitis B and with a normal α-fetoprotein level in serum. This is contrasted with the case of a 57-year-old man with »typical« findings of a hepatocellular carcinoma in a small-nodular cirrhotic liver after viral hepatitis B and markedly elevated α-fetoprotein.
