Zusammenfassung

Bei einer 15jährigen Patientin wurde eine multiple endokrine Adenopathie Typ 2 B nachgewiesen. Neben den typischen Merkmalen (medulläres Schilddrüsenkarzinom, bilaterales Phäochromozytom, orale und intestinale Ganglioneuromatose, marfanoider Habitus) fand sich als Besonderheit eine angiodysgenetische Myelomalazie, die bisher bei diesem Syndrom noch nicht beobachtet wurde.

Abstract

Multiple endocrine adenopathy type 2B was demonstrated in a 15-year-old girl. In addition to the typical signs (medullary carcinoma of the thyroid, bilateral phaeochromocytoma, oral and intestinal ganglioneuromatosis, marfan-like habitus) there was also angiodysgenetic myelomalacia which has not previously been described in association with this syndrome.
