Zusammenfassung
Bei einem 62jährigen Patienten fand sich eine polypoide diffuse Lipomatose des Kolons
mit Hypertrophie der Appendices epiploicae, subkutanen Lipomen sowie ossären Veränderungen.
Zu den bisher publizierten fünf Fällen einer diffusen Lipomatosis coli lassen sich
nur in einem Falle bedingt Parallelen ziehen. Aufgrund des klinischen Bildes und des
Verlaufes scheint es sich entweder um ein pathogenetisch einheitliches Krankheitsbild
im Sinne einer mesenchymalen Dysplasie oder um ein Syndrom zu handeln.
Abstract
In a 62-year-old patient diffuse polypoid lipomatosis of the colon and hypertrophy
of the appendices epiploicae was found together with subcutaneous lipomata and bone
changes. Out of the five cases of diffuse lipomatosis coli published so far certain
parallels can be drawn in only one case. The clinical picture and course indicate
that it is either a pathogenetically uniform form of mesenchymal dysplasia or a syndrome.
